Chandra Mohan dies of Cardiac Arrest
Chandra Mohan was a renowned Telugu actor
He was known for his natural and versatile performances. He was born as Mallampalli Chandrasekhara Rao on May 23, 1945, in Pamidimukkala village, Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. He was educated at Y.V.R.M.Z.P. High School in Meduru and graduated from the agriculture college of Bapatla.
Mohan was introduced to the Telugu film industry through the film Rangula Ratnam in 1966. He went on to act in over 250 films, including many blockbusters. He received critical acclaim for his performance in films such as Sukha Duhkalu (1968), Rangula Ratnam (1966), Padaharella Vayasu (1978), and Siri Siri Muvva (1978). He won the Filmfare Best Actor Award (Telugu) for his performance in Padaharella Vayasu and two Nandi Awards for Best Actor.

Mohan was known for his ability to portray a wide range of characters, from romantic heroes to comedic roles. He was also a talented singer and dancer. He was a popular figure in the Telugu film industry and was respected by his colleagues and fans.
Chandra Mohan passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 78. He is survived by his wife and two children.
