USFDA Approved a new drug called teplizumab which can delay the onset of Type 1 diabetes.
This is good news for a lot of people, who are found to be at high risk for this disease.
This new drug will not prevent the disease, however, will delay the onset of the disease for people identified with a high risk of this disease, and this itself will help people.
